- Informational service in the form of email delivery of the news about new product versions, epidemics, advice on issues of computer safety etc.;
- In cases of serious bugs resulted from virus attacks, our specialists can visit you to help to remove defects.
Support period for distributive versions is 12 months; for OEM-versions it's 6 months.
To request support you will have to tell us your purchase number indicated on your registry card regardless of whether you phone us, send us a message, or make it by filling out a technical support application.
