Using the present site a visitor thus confirms its complete consent with the present terms of using the UNASOFT site and is obliged to follow them.

The documents and/or programs, situated or being used on the site are in the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER ownership and are protected in accordance with the international conventions on copyright and current Ukrainian legislation. The owners of the copyrights and all other owners of the rights for the intellectual property as applied to these documents and/or programs reserve these rights for themselves in accordance with the current legislation.

The copying and/or using and/or quoting of the documents and/or programs is allowed under the condition of using them according to the relevant provisions of current legislation with the reference to the UNASOFT site and/or the sites of the partners they were taken from. The copyright sign г, the registered trademark sign в must be preserved on and may not be removed from the copies of the documents and/or programs.

The graphic images of the UNASOFT site as well as the image of the logotype of the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER are registered trademarks of the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER. Any using of them without a proper permission of the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER, except described below, is prohibited.

The placing of the UNASOFT site name, its graphic images, UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER logotype on the third parties sites, mass media are hereby allowed under the condition of the reference to the UNASOFT site and/or with the written consent of the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER.

The design and/or representation and/or formatting of the UNASOFT site as well as other elements of the unit are protected by the copyright legislation and other laws; and their complete or partial copying or imitation on other sites without written permission of the UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER is prohibited.

UKRAINIAN ANTIVIRAL CENTER is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage including the loss of profit caused in consequence of copying, using or the fact of impossibility to use the documents and/or programs and/or services, situated, obtained or realized on the UNASOFT site.
