BETA-testing

UNA-online



  Beta-testing of the products of The Ukrainian Antiviral Center include:

  1. Testing product on number and quality of viruses detected and on false detections.
  2. Testing product on fault-tolerance.
  3. Finding out if there are any conflicts with different soft/hardware.
  4. Approbation of a program interface and giving recommendations on its improvement/optimization.

  When composing report on the problems found it is required that hardware and software used for testing were indicated.

  Most critical parts of hardware are:

  1. Processor
  2. Motherboard (company, model)
  3. Video-card
  4. Network devices (network adapter, modem)
  5. HDD and other storage devices
  6. Additional hardware available

  Software:

  1. Operation system (name, version up to build)
  2. Specialized drivers
  3. File system (FAT, NTFS, etc.)
  4. Other antiviral programs
  5. Supplementary software (various monitors, Disk Utilities, encrypting systems etc.)

  We would also be grateful for any additional information about errors found (patterns in the way the errors emerge, conflicts found, debug monitors data, screen shots etc.).

  Active beta-testers are put on the sane footing with registered users and get user keys, purchase numbers letting them update the program via Internet. They also receive the freshest versions of the program and active antiviral and technical support.
